Macon Public Library has been serving the Macon, Missouri community in its present location since 1917.  We are a city library funded by city taxes.  Residents or property owners of the City of Macon may apply for a library card without charge.  Anyone living outside the city limits may purchase a nonresident patron card for $30 annually.
 
Macon Public Library's collection includes books, large print books, audio books, videos, magazines, and newspapers.  We provide high-speed access to the Internet with six patron computers.
